Due to the personal nature of many of our products, used personal care items (including: razors, blades, personal care scissors, nippers and trimmers, opened toiletries such as aftershaves) may not be returned unless defective. Items deemed to be defective will be replaced. No refund or store credit will be issued.

Unused items returned within 30 days in their original packaging in new condition will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s) to the original method of payment or store credit may be issued if desired. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was a problem with the order due to an error on the part of Corrado Cutlery.

Product Warranties

Many of the products offered by Corrado Cutlery include warranties offered by their individual manufacturers/distributors. All items in need of warranty support are the responsibility of the manufacturer/distributor, as specified in the conditions and time period set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty. Corrado Cutlery will assist you in any way possible to obtain service from any manufacturer, however Corrado Cutlery is not liable in the event of the failure of the manufacturer/distributor to perform warranty service.
